​How Do I Place An Order?​

Purchase the item by pressing the “ADD TO CART” button. You may change the quantity of any items in your Shopping Cart at any time. Upon completion of your shopping, please press the “CHECK OUT” button for payment.

* If you have already logged-in, please confirm your information and the shipping destination.
* If you have already registered as a member, but you have not logged-in Please LOG-IN with your registered e-mail Address and password if you would like to change shipping address, please press “CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS” button.
* If you have not registered as a Japan Shopping member, Please register now by inputting your personal information and create your account from the ‘SIGN-IN’ button.

 

STEP3

Input Credit Card Information:
We only accept VISA and MASTER for payment.

Completion
Confirm your selected items in shopping cart as well as shipping and payment method on this screen. Please click on “ORDER NOW!” button if all information you have provided is correct. An order confirmation will be e-mailed to you. If you have not received the confirmation e-mail within 24 hours (except weekends), please contact us.

We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process.

Returns & Refunds

We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 14 business days from delivery.

Refunds and Exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days upon receipt.

Refunds (excluding the initial delivery charge) will be made against the original debit/credit card used.

We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used, except those covered by our Perfect Match Guarantee. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and will return such goods to you within 28 days of our notification.
